Registration Process

In order to secure a spot at the model call, all dancers are required to reserve a piece of JD Dance Designs dancewear prior to registering. This system was created to reduce the number of no-shows we experienced at past events and to ensure that every dancer arrives fully prepared.

• Dancers must use the code “RIBBEDCALL” when placing their order online.

• All orders must be placed for “Pick Up” so our team can prepare and have them ready for the event.

• The order confirmation number must be included in the RSVP form. Without this confirmation number, dancers will not be allowed to RSVP or participate.

Event Rules

• The dancewear piece reserved in advance is the garment dancers will be required to wear for photos during the model call.

• Dancers are welcome to shop around during the event, but all official photos will be taken only in the full outfit they reserved.

• Outside dancewear, including previously purchased JD Dance Designs pieces, will not be permitted.

• Pre existing JD Fam members are not to sign up for *new members* groups. (first sessions of the day)

• New members can join any time session (even if its not labeled new members only)

Why This Policy Exists

This process ensures an organized check-in experience and guarantees that every dancer has the proper attire prepared for their arrival. By limiting photos to the newly reserved designs, we can:

• Provide equal photo time for every dancer.

• Prevent repeated images in pieces that dancers may already own.

• Highlight JD’s newest collections in a cohesive and professional way.

Photo Section

• Photos at the model call are optional.

• After the session ends, dancers may purchase photos à la carte — there are no required packages.

• Dancers are welcome to take part in both solo shots and group photos in their reserved outfit.
